Alright, so you've made it to the final mission of the British campaign in Call of Duty: World at War, and it's a big one: 'V-2 Rocket Site'. Your objective here, alongside Sergeant Waters, is to take out three V-2 Rockets at Batterie #445. SOE is counting on you to stop these things from raining down on London.

You'll start by parachuting into the area with Waters and some SAS buddies. The first thing you need to do is push east through a snowy forest. Expect resistance from German soldiers hiding behind cover, so keep your eyes peeled. Your first target is an AA gun – you'll need to plant an explosive charge on it to destroy it. Keep pushing through the forest, taking out any Germans you encounter, and you'll find the second AA gun to destroy.

After that, you'll head towards a road. Watch out for two Opel Blitz trucks that will drive in. Your SAS allies will lay down some fire, and mines will take care of the trucks. Once that's done, you'll link up with the rest of the team and move towards the main launch site. You'll face some MG42s in bunkers along the way, so clear them out.

At the launch site itself, you'll find the V-2 rockets. Now, here's a crucial step: Waters will tell you that the explosives alone aren't enough. You need to go into a bunker west of the launch site, find the fueling controls, and dispense the fuel. Once that's done, head back to the launch site, plant your charges on the three rockets, and watch them go boom!

With the rockets destroyed, you and Waters will push through the northernmost bunker to exfiltrate. If any SAS troopers survived, they'll be with you. Just fight your way through and get out. You've completed the mission!

Weapon Loadout

For this mission, you'll start with a Scoped Kar98k, a Sten, a Colt .45, and MK1 Frag Grenades. You can also find a Kar98k, MP40, MP44, Luger, Lee-Enfield, Sten, and Bren LMG scattered throughout the level if you need to switch things up.
