Destroy German Tanks in CoD: World at War

Alright, so Captain Foley's got a new mission for ya: we need to take out two German tanks rolling in over the hill behind the bunker. Don't worry, it's not as tough as it sounds, but we gotta be smart about it.

Walkthrough

First things first, head up that hill. You'll see the two tanks coming, but more importantly, you'll spot the crew manning a Flak 88 gun. You absolutely HAVE to take out the Flak 88 crew before you even think about the tanks. If they're still alive, they'll make it impossible to get a clear shot at the tanks.

To deal with the Flak 88 crew, just toss about three grenades into their position. They're pretty clustered, so it should do the trick. After the grenades, move in and finish off any survivors with your Thompson.

Once the Flak 88 is neutralized, head back into the bunker. Look for a box on the floor – it's got Panzerfausts. Grab one.

Now, head back up the hill to where the tanks are. Use your Panzerfaust to shoot one of the tanks. They're usually facing away from you at this point, so you should be able to get a clean shot without taking any damage.

After you've taken out the first tank, go back and repeat the process for the second tank. Grab another Panzerfaust if you need it and line up your shot.

With both tanks destroyed, find Captain Foley. He'll be pretty happy with your work and congratulate you. Congrats, you've just finished all the American missions!
