Think of them as a cool way to show off your achievements or just give your favorite Vault Hunter a fresh style. Getting new Heads is usually tied to completing specific missions, defeating certain bosses, or sometimes even opening special chests. Each Vault Hunter has a unique set of Heads they can use. For example, if you're playing as Axton, you'll be looking for Heads specific to him. The same goes for Maya, Salvador, Zer0, Gaige, and Krieg. You can't slap a Siren head on a Commando, unfortunately! To check out your current Heads and equip new ones, you'll want to head to any of the in-game customization stations. These are usually found in major hubs like Sanctuary or in certain vending machines. Once you interact with the station, you'll see options for skins and heads.
