    Sunscorched Valley Area 1: Obtain the quest item. Note there are two entrances to Area 2; either will suffice.

    Sunscorched Valley Area 2: Obtain the quest item and unlock the save point fast travel. Area 3 is not accessible yet.

    Sunscorched Valley Area 3 (Initial Access): This area becomes relevant when you have the 'Test for Contaminants' quest. You will need an item from Area 1 for this quest. Proceed to the quest goal. Be cautious of regular enemies in this area, as they can deal strong Area of Effect (AoE) damage. Use shortcuts to backtrack to the save point for mana recovery and healing if needed. Do not fully explore the area yet.

    Sunscorched Valley Area 3 (Post-'Test for Contaminants'): After completing 'Test for Contaminants', a new quest, 'Eliminate Contaminants', will become available for this area.

    Boss Fight - Deathcrab: The first objective for 'Eliminate Contaminants' is a dialogue. The second objective is a boss fight against Deathcrab, accompanied by two Bishop Scarabs.

    Post-Boss Exploration: After defeating Deathcrab, you may optionally explore the area 100% as nothing else remains.

  • Before entering Sunscorched Valley, it is highly recommended to complete quests in previous areas, as one of them unlocks a quest within Sunscorched Valley.
