Buried Highway

Start Buried Highway after completing Bisque Ruins. This unlocks an extra quest.

You can have quests 36 and 38 available when starting the dungeon.

Buried Highway Area 1: Explore approximately 60% of this area and then leave. Take quest 37 now. Both quests lead into Area 2; you cannot fully explore Area 1 yet, so proceed to Area 2.

Buried Highway Area 2: Kill the 5 black widows, reach the quest goal for quest 38, and head back to town. The quest 38 goal involves a regular encounter tier difficulty battle. Feel free to use the NW corner exit to backtrack and fully explore Area 1. Quest 38 rewards the Fortune Ring, a decent luck booster that also grants extra gold when equipped on an active party member. Once you accept quest 39, it becomes the final quest for this dungeon and leads to Area 3.

Buried Highway Area 3: It is recommended to rush to the save point first to enable on-the-spot replenishment. The quest goal here is a battle slightly harder than a regular random encounter. Your main objective, however, is not a quest; head south from Area 3 to reach Wind Port town. Before leaving the dungeon, you can 100% it, though the final tile will be inaccessible until after a cutscene. It's quick to teleport back and unlock it.

You will temporarily return to the Roxy party, who have 9999 AP, allowing you to max everything. They have one location they can visit, but it is for fun and pointless.

Your actual goal is to complete the restaurant minigame.

After completing the minigame, you will be back with the Rudeus party inside Wind Port.
