Adventure Quests in Beast of Reincarnation begin early in Rikarisu City. These quests provide clear objectives, making them generally easy to complete without extensive guidance. Many are integral to the main story, unlocking new dungeons and areas, while optional quests typically involve farming materials. Bosses encountered are rarely skippable as they often serve as prerequisites for further quest or dungeon unlocks. Special quest items are always marked on your (minimap (the small circular map in the bottom-left corner of your screen)) even if the (map) tile is unexplored, requiring you to visit the marked spot, which may involve a boss fight or simply trigger a (cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically)).

Rikarisu City Quests:

Completing 15 Rikarisu City quests grants 100% reputation, unlocking Sylphiette as an ally. Some quests may also contribute to the 'my precious' quest chain.

1. Find the missing pet - Unlocks access to other quests.
2. Snacking on the Go - Requires x5 Treant Fruit, dropped by 'Stone Treant' enemies, most frequent in the first dungeon (Biegoya).
3. Gather Firewood - Requires x5 Treant Wood, dropped by 'Stone Treant' enemies, most frequent in the first dungeon (Biegoya).
4. Bugs Be-Gone - Requires Supia Grass from Vicious Wasteland Area 1, marked on the (map).
5. Rats Run Amuck - Requires x5 Muck Rat Fur from Muck Rats in Burning Highway 1/2. Also harvestable in Area 2.
6. Gift for My Girl - Requires Edranim Flower from Vicious Wasteland Area 2, marked on the (map).
7. Water of Life - Requires Spring Flower from Sunschored Area 1, marked on the (map).
8. Another Gift for My Girl - Requires Roderoa Root from Sunschored Area 2, marked on the (map). Requires completing quest 6 to appear.
9. Crucial Component - Requires a Full Wooden Box from a mini-boss fight in Vicious Wasteland Area 3, marked on the (map). Requires completing the 'Water of Life' quest and potentially a certain number of other quests. Beating this quest unlocks quests 10-12.
10. Test For Contaminants - Requires x2 water quality samples from Sunschored Area 1 and Area 3, marked on the (map). Requires completing quest 9.
11. A Cute Ribbon - Requires Albino Essence from Vacant Forest Area 1, marked on the (map). Requires completing quest 9.
12. Forest Cartography - Requires 70% exploration of Vacant Forest Area 1. Requires completing quest 9.
13. Yet Another Gift for my Girl - Requires x2 Lucky Fur from Lucky Rats in Outskirts Cavern dungeon. Likely autocompleted. Requires completion of quest 8.
14. Present for my Precious - Requires Plump Liver from a boss fight in Vacant Forest Area 2, marked on the (map). Requires having completed the 'gift for girl' quest chain.
15. Eliminate Contaminants - A mandatory main quest involving a boss fight in Sunscorched Valley 3, marked on the (map). Requires beating quest 10 to unlock.
16. Seek and Subdue Mysterious Monster - A mandatory main quest in Petrified Forest with two boss encounters, one in Area 4 and another in Area 3 (accessed from Area 4).

Sortia Quests:

Completing quest 39 (or potentially a certain number of quests) unlocks Ghislaine as a playable character.

4. Cave Cartography - Requires 50% exploration of Remote Cavern Area 1. Unlocks quest 25.
5. Serpent Wine - Requires x3 Serpent Fang, a material drop from Megapygons in Remote Cavern Area 1/2. Megapygons only appear in Area 1 in locations inaccessible without visiting Area 2.
6. Crafting Materials - Requires x3 Rabbit Foot, a material drop from Cave Rabbits in Remote Cavern Area 1/2.
7. A Most Supreme Dessert - Requires x6 Dark Hide, a material drop from Deathworms in Remote Cavern Area 1.
8. Rid Me of These Monsters! - Requires x6 Naughty Rat kills in Remote Cavern Area 1.
9. Investigate the Forest's Monsters! - Involves a boss fight in Tabbli Forest Area 3, in the northernmost middle room with a chest. Unlocks quest 26.
10. Tea Time with My Dear - A quest that autocompletes via (cutscene) dialogue. Unlocks quest 27.
11. A Familiar Taste - Requires Pol Mushroom from Tabbli Forest Area 2, marked on the (map). Unlocks quests 28 and 31.
12. An Acquired Taste - Requires x6 Frog Oil, likely already possessed from Nightjumpers in Tabbli Forest. Unlocks quest 29.
13. Strange Taste - Requires x6 Dark Hide, obtainable from both Remote Cavern Deathworms and Forest Area Giant Boars. Unlocks quest 30.
14. Bring Back the Old Taste - Requires Pol Mushroom from Tabbli Forest Area 2, in the same location as quest 27.
15. Team Time with My Dear Once More - A quest consisting purely of dialogue.
16. My Dear's Favorite Bloom - Requires Flikka Flower from Tabbli Forest Area 3, marked on the (map) during a regular encounter against 6 enemies. Unlocks quests 33 and 36.
17. The Secret Spice - Requires Nahagano Leaf from Bisque Ruins Area 2, marked on the (map). Use NW stairs in Area 1 for fast access. Unlocks quest 34.
18. Culling Their Numbers - Requires x5 Gas Slug kills, most common in Bisque Ruins Area 2. Unlocks quest 35.
19. Looking For Skilled Adventurers - Involves a boss fight in Bisque Ruins Area 3, on the main path. Requires opening a door via two levels of NW/NE Area 2 to 3 stairs. Unlocks quest 38.
20. Secure the Highway - Requires 60% exploration of Buried Highway Area 1. Unlocks quest 37.
21. Spider Hunting - Requires x5 Black Widow kills in Buried Highway Area 2.
22. Rare Eggs - Requires Crimson Egg from Buried Highway Area 2, marked on the (map) during a regular encounter against 3 enemies. Unlocks quest 39.
23. Rarer Eggs - Requires Gigantron Egg from Buried Highway Area 3, marked on the (map) during a regular encounter against 2 Gigantrons.

Wind Port Quests:

Completing all Wind Port quests has no special effect and does not unlock new characters.
