Drive up the ramp and use the Afterburner to jump to a nearby rooftop. Enter Battle Mode, use the Power Winch on the raised section of roof to create a ramp, and reach the next level. Follow the path to the western side of the roof and use the Power Winch on the anchor point to swing to another building. Drive up the wall to access a balcony and return to the panel where the Remote Access Device was inserted. Use the Power Winch on the panel and complete the mini-game by pumping the accelerate button to keep the needle in the orange segment.

Use Detective Mode to scout the five armed enemies inside the building. Throw a Batarang to lure two enemies out, then perform silent takedowns. After dealing with them, retrieve a new Batsuit and unlock optional AR Training sequences. Return to the building, enter the grating, and crawl beneath the thugs. Initiate a Fear Multi-Takedown to eliminate up to three enemies at once.
