Walkthrough

    Drive to the GCPD building and park in the basement. Enter the Communications Room and speak with the GCPD communications officer.

    If you don't have the Remote Electrical Charge, enter the Evidence Room. Interact with the super-villain exhibits for dialogue, then smash the glass of the display opposite the entrance to grab the gadget.

    Drive to the objective marker on Founders’ Island.

    When you reach a locked door, exit the Batmobile and enter the manhole in the center of the street.

    Follow the tunnel and use the Remote Electrical Charge on the generator to disable the electrified pool of water.

    Cross the water and re-activate the generator to open the gate. Enter the vent on the wall behind it.

    Switch back to Remote Batmobile Control and use tank shells to destroy the weak wall on the far side of the ventilation shaft.

    Switch back to Batman, grapple and glide to the new ledge. Find the panel on the left wall and pull the lever to allow the Batmobile access to the building.

    Switch back to Remote Batmobile Control, move into the lobby, and look for an anchor point on the roof. Use your Power Winch to latch onto it and slowly back the Batmobile into the ventilation shaft.

    Shoot the weak wall on the roof of the ventilation shaft with the Batmobile.

    Switch back to Batman, grapple up to the new opening. In the room, use the Remote Electrical Charge on the spinning generator five times to overload it and disable the fan.

    Switch back to Remote Batmobile Control, drive past the stopped fan, and destroy the weak wall on the far side of the room. Wait for enemies to show up and shoot them.

    Switch back to Batman, glide down to the stopped fan, and grapple to the Batmobile. Use the Batmobile eject to fly to the new opening. Enter the alcove to the right and grapple up to the ledge.

    Enter the elevator shaft and use the Remote Electrical Charge on one of the generators twice to descend.

    At the bottom, use Explosive Gel on the weak wall inside the lift to blow it open.

    Fight off the soldiers, avoiding stun sticks by vaulting or using the quick attack Remote Electrical Charge.

    Pull the lever on the wall to continue.

    In the fan room, go through the door to the right of your entry. Climb the ledge to the left and shoot the generator on the shelf ahead with the Remote Electrical Charge to deal with enemies below.
