Option 1 (Forceful): You can try to persuade him by force. Be warned, though, this will result in the death of Dimas' current patient.

Option 2 (Patient): You can wait for Dimas to finish treating his patient. If you choose this, Hippokrates' patient might not make it.

Option 3 (Bribe): You can bribe Dimas to come with you after he's done with his patient. This will set you back 10,000 drachmae. If you choose this, you'll get a chance to back out if you don't have the cash or change your mind.

Tips

Using Ikaros to scout is your best friend. It helps you plan your route and avoid unnecessary fights.
Stealth is key here. Crouching and timing your movements to avoid patrols will make this much smoother.
