These guys are tough, so focus on taking down the smaller ships first. This will help minimize the damage you take. Once they're out of the picture, you can deal with the big Athenian ship. You have a choice here: you can either completely destroy it, or if its health is low enough, you can board it to grab any valuables. After you've dealt with the blockade, sail on into the bay.

As soon as you enter, a cutscene will kick in, and you'll find yourself talking to Stentor. Don't worry too much about what you say here, because he's not going to believe you're his brother anyway.
