Bug-Catching

These tours require you to catch insects using your net. Some tours specify certain types of bugs to catch. For most tours, you can catch bugs indiscriminately, but be aware that some bugs, like beetles and walking sticks, will flee if you move too quickly. For these, you must creep slowly by holding the A button.

Fishing

These tours involve catching fish with your fishing rod. Similar to bug-catching, you might be asked to catch any fish or a specific type. Good timing is crucial for success, and relaxation is key, though difficult with a ticking clock. A general tip is to close your eyes and listen for the sound of fish biting, as this allows for quicker reactions, especially for rare fish like tuna or sharks.

Deep Sea Catching

These tours require you to catch deep-sea creatures using your wet suit. You might be asked to catch any creature or a specific type. It is advised to approach these tours with caution, as diving can be slow and tedious compared to other tours. Listening for bubbles can indicate a nearby creature. When pursuing a creature, be mindful of your surroundings, especially near the map's edges, as they can flee in the direction you swim. To catch a creature, press Y when you are above its shadow. For faster creatures, you may need to continue swimming underwater and repeatedly press buttons.
