- 1Pose for Alice: Speak to Alice, who wants a photo. Go to the stern of the boat and speak to the man in camouflage. Then, speak to Pat Maine at the bow. Speak to Alice again, and after a call from Barry Wheeler, the ferry arrives. Get in the car to leave.
- 2Find Carl Stucky: At the Oh Deer Diner, speak to Rose. Approach the bikers and play track 6, _Coconut_, on the jukebox. Use the jukebox and tap X when the selection arm sticks. Grab a Coffee Thermos (1/100) from the counter. Head to the back corridor, ignore the old woman, and knock on the men's toilet door. A woman will give you a cabin key.
- 3Go to the Cabin: Leave the diner and rejoin Alice. Drive to the bridge leading to your cabin on Diver's Isle. Go back up the path to the car's location for an overlook. Press L3 for an overhead view. Pick up a Coffee Thermos (2/100). Cross the bridge, go past the cabin to an outbuilding, and fire up the generator. Complete the minigame by pressing X three times when the crank is in the green zone to unlock the Let There Be Light trophy.
- 4Return to Alice: Leave the shack. Go to the cabin and inside. Go out the back door and find a Radio (1/11) on the porch. Switch it on. Go back inside and find a Coffee Thermos (3/100) on the kitchen counter. Approach the stairs, go to the bedroom, and then the study where Alice has prepared a typewriter. Alan storms out. Lights go out, and Alice cries out. As you return across the bridge, flocks of birds attack; use your torch and L2.
