Learn how to defeat Phantom and Kurt Zisa in Wild Hearts. Get strategies for their unique attack patterns and rewards.
Walkthrough
- 1When fighting Phantom, hit it three times. It will usually try to claw you.
- 2Phantom will then move towards the clock and cast a poisonous energy ball. To avoid this, position yourself around the corner of Phantom when it casts the spell so it hits the wall. Getting hit by this deals five ticks of damage and can be deadly.
- 3This is a good time to recast Stopra on the clock. You'll want to do this about every other time Phantom casts its energy ball to avoid losing a team member.
- 4Use Ethers/Elixirs as needed to keep your MP high enough to cast spells.
- 5The battle loops until you beat Phantom.
- 6After the battle, you obtain the power of time, [STOPGA].
- 7To face Kurt Zisa, head to Agrabah and land at Aladdin's House. Talk to Carpet, who will take you into the desert.

- 16Phase 1: Cast Aeroga as a quick cast. Kurt Zisa will use Silencega, canceling spell casting until the dark orbs in its hands are destroyed. Kurt Zisa uses physical attacks like dashes and swings with its Khopeshes. Hit the orbs while avoiding attacks. Aeroga aids in damage and mitigation.
- 17Once the orbs are destroyed, Phase 2 begins.
- 18Phase 2: Kurt Zisa stretches its head out like a snake to attack. This attack is weak and magic is no longer sealed. Heal through the damage and attack Kurt Zisa with all your might. Taking down at least half of its health puts you in great shape. This phase ends when the head retracts and Kurt Zisa stands up.
- 19Phase 3: Kurt Zisa puts up a shield and floats, summoning tornadoes and fireballs. Deal damage to the shield with magic. Thunder is good, but Blizzard is best if you can get all flakes to hit the shield, which requires patience. Hitting the fire back at Kurt Zisa is also effective at knocking the shield down. Physical attacks cause clear orbs to drop, refilling the Charge Gauge.
- 20When the shield goes down, Kurt Zisa reverts to Phase 2, then Phase 1.
- 21When Phase 1 starts again, Kurt Zisa twirls around the battlefield. You'll need to Dodge Roll or Glide past the attacks to avoid massive damage.
- 22By the third time you enter Phase 2, you should be able to defeat Kurt Zisa.
- 23You learn [ZANTETSUKEN] for defeating Kurt Zisa and receive [ANSEM'S REPORT 11].
- 24To face The Unknown, head to the Castle Chapel in Hollow Bastion. Step into the dark portal to start a scene that leads into a battle with this foe.
