This guide details the locations of all collectibles (mementos and memories) in Twin Mirror, which are required for achievements. The game requires two playthroughs to collect everything, but a Scene Select option is available after completion.

1. Chapter 1: After the opening cutscene, find the moss-covered tree near your car to clean and unlock the Lost and Found achievement. Examine the telescope to trigger your first memory and unlock A blast from the past.
2. Chapter 2: After leaving the car, look for the yellow Coal Miner's Haven sign to the left of the bar for a memento. Inside the bar, examine the photo board to trigger a memory. Collect the next memory by looking at the jukebox, and find another memento by examining the guitar near the photo board.
3. Chapter 3: In the morning, look in the bathtub for a bloody shirt, triggering a Mind Palace sequence. Successfully navigate the doors by choosing "steady yourself," "take control," and "focus." Choose the left mirror to end the sequence and unlock A foot in the door.
4. Chapter 4: In the back room of the bar, take the exotic bottle from the shelf. Play the Pac-Man arcade machine for at least twenty seconds to unlock Waka waka. After reconstructing the crime scene at the bar, look at the back of the white car in the parking lot for a memento. In the alley across from Declan, look at the graffiti on the wall for another memento. Inside the red drugstore, look at Kathy's glass jar at the cashier counter for a memento. In the coffee shop, look at the cork board by the door for the cowboy boots keychain memento. Inside the Basswood Jungle, after finding Dennis' body, examine his injury, exit wound, bullet impact, holster, Dennis' gun, traces of blood, and Dennis' corpse in order to unlock Super sleuth. Examine the nameplate on your old desk for another memento.
