- 4Find cover behind the low wall right in the monument area. Before you start firing wildly, take a moment to locate all the enemy troops. You'll find some on the different levels of the embassy and others will try to flank you from the corners to your right and left.
- 5Listen for a rocket blast. That's your cue that Carlos is making his move to the last level of the embassy.
