Once you've either downloaded the bonus content or used your SHiFT code, you'll want to jump into the actual game – don't try this from the main menu.

When you're playing, just bring up your pause menu. Look for the Social option; that's your gateway. From there, navigate over to the Mail tab. All your preorder goodies should be waiting for you right there!

A quick heads-up: things like armor presets, banner sets, makeup packs, and hero statue materials are a one-time redeem per account. However, that sweet Legendary weapon and spell?
