Poetry Page 1: Furious Gorge
First off, you'll want to head towards the Furious Gorge. To make things easier, start the side quest 'The Slayer of Vorcanar' and play through it until you cross a wooden bridge that Jar lowers for you. Keep going up the path until you hit another wooden bridge. Look for a ladder on the right side, climb it, and follow the path around. You should spot a house built into the side of the mountain. Just to the right of that house, you'll find the first Poetry Page lying on the ground.

Poetry Page 2: The Stootsteps
For the second page, make your way back to the Furious Gorge Fast Travel station. Head down the hill until you reach an area called The Stootsteps. Once you're there, take a right turn as you get to the bottom. You'll find a small cave entrance. Head inside, and you'll see the second Poetry Page chilling next to a chest.
