The Smart Armor is a Legendary armor piece in Tiny Tina's Wonderlands. It can be found as a world drop from any loot source. It also has a dedicated drop from Vorcanar, a boss found at the end of the "Slayer of Vorcanar" sidequest. To access this sidequest, you must first complete "Goblins Tired of Force Oppression" to unlock Mount Craw. You can farm Vorcanar after completing his sidequest. For an easier chance at obtaining the Smart Armor, you can farm the loot bunnies in the Chaos Chamber, specifically the Armor one.

The Smart Armor reduces your Critical Hit Chance by 50% but increases your Critical Hit Damage by 50%. This means critical hits occur less frequently but deal more damage when they land. While this might seem counterintuitive, it synergizes exceptionally well with the Stabbomancer class, particularly with the "From the Shadows" action skill. This skill guarantees critical hits while active. When combined with the Smart Armor, which also reduces critical hit damage by 25%, your critical hits will deal significantly more damage overall.
