Go to the Inn and upstairs to the left room. You'll find two beautiful ladies and one ugly one. Fuse an R3 with the green lady, Farore (the ugly one).

Gorman will appear in town. Speak with him to learn he needs someone to live in the house he built.

Return to the Inn and speak with the girl you wish to give a house to. You can only give houses to two of them. The guide recommends Farore (left) and Nayru (middle) for their charms.
