Walkthrough

In Hyrule Town, at the very top left near the hill, push a boulder into a hole to open a path. There's also a hole at the top; charge and flip up.

Shrink and walk across the brown plank to the right. Drop down the hole and open the chest for an R1 Kinstone.

To progress the story, head east towards Lake Hylia.

In Lake Hylia, go to the bottom and head west. Push a boulder into a hole to create a path.

Go up the stairs, jump into the whirlwind, fly left to the next whirlwind, and land on the ledge.

Jump down and push the boulder into the hole. This is where a Goron was digging. You can fuse with the Goron (either outside or in the cave) if he wants a B2 Kinstone.

After the fusion, a Goron will appear in Hyrule Town and set up a Kinstone shop on the top right rug.

You can now buy Kinstones in Hyrule Town. You can either go back to Hyrule Town to buy them or return east to Lake Hylia.

From Lake Hylia, head south to the Minish Woods.

Head southwest and down to the pond. To the right of the pond is a Piece of Heart.

Go up and right to a hut. Inside, talk to Syrup and buy the mushroom for 60 Rupees.

Trek back to Hyrule Town.
