    Return to Kokiri Forest and make your way to the Secret Meadow.

    Head to the Twins' House and find Gold Skulltula #45 on its backside at night.

    Go to the Lost Woods entrance and proceed towards the Sacred Meadow.

    Play Saria's Song to get past Mido.

    After Mido, turn left and ride the beanstalk to a high ledge to find Gold Skulltula #46.
