    While both are in OL Lv. 4, use an Arcane, Altered, or Burst Arte while holding the 'Attack,' 'Guard,' AND 'Artes' buttons simultaneously.
Tips
  • To more easily get both Yuri and Flynn into Over Limit Lv. 4, equip Flynn with the 'Rival Surge 2' skill. This skill gives Flynn a chance to automatically enter the same Over Limit state as Yuri whenever Yuri enters Over Limit. With luck, Flynn will enter Over Limit Lv. 4 immediately after Yuri, allowing you to perform the Dual Mystic Arte.
  • The animation for the Dual Mystic Arte will change slightly depending on who initiates it.
