Complete walkthrough for Nordopolica in Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition, including side quests, the Coliseum tournament, and the boss fight against Zagi.

After the scenes, you are supposed to head to the Coliseum next. But there are a few things we can do first.

Nordopolica Side Quests:

• Dragon Freak: Part 2 — Talk to the man by the steaming pot to the south for a scene.
• Drake: Part 2 — Head north and speak to Drake for a scene.

Now continue north to the Coliseum and head inside. Follow the path to the right and enter the door at the end to enter the reception room.

Nordopolica Side Quest (2):

• Wonder Chef: Part 7 — Before going up the stairs, check to your immediate right for the Wonder Chef. He will teach you the Kebab Sandwich recipe.

Now climb the stairs and speak to the man guarding a door on the left for a scene.

Speak to the Innkeeper for a scene. Leave the Coliseum and follow the path south. Approach Patty for another scene. Stay at the Inn for yet another scene.

Exit the Coliseum and head south for a scene. Before continuing, there are a few things to do.

Nordopolica Side Quests (3):

• Dark Enforcer: Part 3 — Speak with the couple to the south with sparks of color above their heads. Now stay at the Inn for a scene. Yuri will learn Shining Eagle.
• Mysterious Man: Part 4 — Go up the stairs in the reception area of the Coliseum for a scene.

Now speak to Regaey in the reception area. Scene. And then SAVE. It's the last opportunity you will have for a while. Also, prepare Yuri with the best gear you can afford. Also, if you care about an upcoming Secret Mission, make sure Rita and Estelle are in your party, as you will not get another chance to change your party anytime soon. When you are ready, speak to the receptionists to enter the tournament.

With Yuri alone, you will fight three very easy battles against random jobbers. Just use free run and guard when necessary and your opponents won't stand a chance. Try jumping over their heads to dodge their attacks to really make a fool out of them.

After your third victory, you will enter a mini boss fight against Flynn. You cannot win this fight, but you cannot allow yourself to lose either. A scene will interrupt the battle every couple of seconds until the fight eventually ends on its own. So just focus on surviving. Also, be sure to use a Magic Lens on Flynn while you can, as you won't have much time between scenes. So make it a priority.

When the fight with Flynn ends, a boss battle will begin. And this time, you have to win.

Boss: Zagi (3)

Secret Mission: Hit Zagi with spells until his blastia explodes.

Strategy: This fight is a no brainer. You know how to deal with this guy by now. What little that is new that he brings to the fight doesn't make a notable difference. When the fight starts, instruct your physical fighters to hang back and defend while Rita and Estelle hit Zagi with spells. This will eventually make his blastia explode, accomplishing the mission. It will also disable his ability to absorb spell artes, allowing Rita and Estelle to hit him with all they've got. With the Secret Mission done, waste him like you've done before.

After the scene, defeat any monsters you see. After you have defeated enough monsters, a scene will take over. After, descend the stairs and head out the door. Go left for a scene. You can finally save again. So I suggest you do so. Exit the coliseum and keep going south until a scene starts. Then exit the city at the southwest.

On the World Map, follow the path until you reach a cave.
