Discover the locations of 15 Blue Coins in Super Mario Sunshine's Hotel Delfino area, including tips for obtaining them in various episodes.

This guide details the locations of Blue Coins found in and around Hotel Delfino in Super Mario Sunshine. Some coins are only available in specific episodes.

1. Blue Coin on Ledge: From the path leading to the hotel doors, go right. Use a spin jump, triple jump, or backflip to reach a ledge above the hotel entrance. Walk to the back wall of the hotel to find a blue coin.
2. Flower Bed: To the right of the hotel, spray the flowers in the flower bed next to the small fountain to find a blue coin.
3. 'M' on a Wall (Episodes 7 & 8): Facing the hotel, go to the right fountain. Angle the camera towards the wall farthest from the beach to see an 'M' on a small wall. Follow the path to the wall and wash off the 'M' to reveal a blue coin.
4. Triangle (1) (Episodes 7 & 8): Turn right from the hotel entrance to the eating area. Look at the closest wall to find a triangle. Washing it off makes a blue coin appear on the second floor. Spin jump into the totem pole, wall jump off it to reach the second floor, and grab the coin.
5. Triangle (2) (Episodes 7 & 8): Go to the second floor. In the far-left corner, find a triangle. Washing it off makes a blue coin appear below you. Fall through the center gap and make your way to the coin, which will be behind you. A dive may be helpful.
6. In an Empty Room (1) (Not Episodes 1, 2, 6):
   • Method 1 (Episode 7): Go to the second floor lobby and enter the closest doorway. The coin is in this room.
   • Method 2: Jump onto the last toilet in the ladies' bathroom and jump straight up to enter the room with the blue coin.
   • Method 3 (Not Recommended): Enter the attic maze. In the mini-room with four coins (not by the wall), ground pound the crack. This leads to a room with a glass table; ground pound it to fall into the room with the blue coin.
7. In an Empty Room (2) (Not Episodes 1, 2, 6): This room is next to the previous one.
   • Episodes 3, 4, 5, 8: Use Yoshi (Episode 3 only) to eat the big Boo in the pineapple room. For Episodes 4, 5, & 8, you don't need Yoshi as there's no Boo; use the attic maze to reach the pineapple room.
   • Episode 7: Simply walk into the room.
8. The Storage Room (Not Episodes 1, 2, 6): Break boxes in the storage room. One contains a blue coin.
   • Episode 3: Refer to the walkthrough section for this episode.
   • Episodes 4, 5, 8: Use the attic maze to reach the room with the Boo poster. Ground pound the lighter-colored tile. The cracked tile leading to the Boo poster room is in the mini-room with 6 coins.
   • Episode 7: Walk directly into the storage room.
9. 'X' (1) (Episodes 7 & 8): Go to the third floor. Find an 'X' on the closest wall. Washing it off makes a blue coin appear in the corner of the second floor closest to the third-floor stairs. Jump down the center gap and hover to the coin.
10. 'X' (2) (Episodes 7 & 8): Go to the second floor and find an 'X' on the wall near the corner closest to the third-floor stairs. Washing it off makes a blue coin appear near the top of the third-floor stairs. Walk up the stairs to collect it.
11. 'M' on a Third Floor Wall (Episodes 7 & 8): Go to the third floor and find an 'M' in the corner near the stairs and the pool. Washing it off yields a blue coin.
12. The Ceiling Light (Not Episodes 1, 2, 6): Go to the third floor and spray the middle of the giant ceiling light. A blue coin will fall onto the totem pole. Jump and hover or spin jump to reach it.
13. A Lamp (Not Episodes 1, 2, 6): On the third floor, find a corner with a lamp, table, and three coins. Spray the top of the lamp for a blue coin.
14. The Blank Painting (Not Episodes 1, 2, 6):
    • Method 1: Go to the attic maze. In the mini-room with four coins (not by the wall), ground pound the cracked panel. This leads to a room with a blank painting. Spray the painting to reveal a blue shine outline and get a blue coin.
    • Method 2 (Episode 7): Walk into the room directly.
15. In an Empty Room (3): This room is next to the room with the blank painting.
    • Episode 7: Walk into the room.
    • Episode 3: Navigate the maze starting in the bathroom until you reach the room with the Boo poster.
    • Episodes 4, 5, 8: Ground pound the tile in the attic maze's mini-room with 6 coins to access the room.
    Once in the room, spray the Boo poster to break it and jump through to the room with the blue coin.
16. Dark Shelves: In the room with the Boo poster, find two darker shelves on the opposite wall from the lighter ones. Spray the dark shelves to reveal a blue coin.
