Wait for Ularu Chen and talk to her.

Travel to Cydonia on Mars.

Meet Simon Ryczek and confirm your identity with "Razor derby is the only real sport." You can choose to pay 10,000 Credits or attempt persuasion to lower the price to 8,000.

Travel to Saturn's orbit to find the Datura.

Communicate with Malai Liskova. You can negotiate peacefully or resort to violence.

Board the Datura and retrieve Ember. This may involve another persuasion check or combat.

Return to Simon in Cydonia with Ember.

Inspect the files received from Simon in your inventory.

Locate Stanley McMillan's computer and download the Project Dominion files, using a digipick if necessary.

Return to Ularu at Ryujin Tower and report your findings.

Follow Ularu to Masako Imada's office and speak with her to complete the quest.
