    Wait for Ularu Chen and talk to her.

    Travel to Cydonia on Mars.

    Meet Simon Ryczek in Cydonia. Choose to pay 10,000 Credits or persuade him down to 8,000 Credits.

    Travel to Saturn's Orbit to find the Datura.

    Communicate with Malai Liskova on the Datura. You can negotiate to retrieve Ember peacefully or resort to combat.

    Persuade Malai to give you Ember, or defeat her.

    Return to Simon in Cydonia with Ember.

    Inspect the files received from Simon in your inventory.

    Locate Stanley McMillan's computer and download the Project Dominion files. Use Digipick if necessary.

    Return to Ularu at Ryujin Tower and present the files.

    Follow Ularu to Masako Imada's office and speak with her to complete the quest.
Tips
  • Your companion may dislike the assassination contract aspect of this quest. Andreja is an exception and will remain neutral or supportive.
  • You can lower the price of information from Simon Ryczek through Persuasion.
  • If you choose to retrieve Ember through combat, Malai Liskova is alone on the Datura, making her an easy target.
  • Ensure you are undetected when interacting with Stanley's computer to avoid complications.
