Talk to Maeve: In Ryujin Tower's Executive Offices, find Maeve Salini and ask about your appointment with Ularu Chen.

Wait for Ularu Chen: Ularu is in a room to the left. Listen to her conversation with Genevieve, then speak with Ularu to receive a personal assignment.

Travel to Cydonia on Mars: Fly to Mars and land in the designated area to meet Ularu's contact.

Rendezvous with Simon Ryczek: Enter Cydonia, head towards the objective marker, and go upstairs to find Simon. Reply with "Razor derby is the only real sport" to confirm your identity. You can pay 10,000 Credits or negotiate down to 8,000 Credits. Accepting the side job to retrieve the Ember is recommended.

Find the Datura in Saturn's Orbit: Travel to Saturn and locate the Datura. Communicate with Malai Liskova.

Talk to Malai Liskova and Dock with the Datura: Negotiate with Malai to board the ship peacefully, assuring her you only want the weapon.

Retrieve Malai's Gun for Simon: Persuade Malai to give you the Ember, or fight her to get it immediately.

Return to Simon in Cydonia: Go back to Cydonia and show Simon the Ember. He will give you Stanley McMillan's file.

Read Stanley McMillan's File and Listen to the Audio File: Inspect the received files in your inventory.

Retrieve the Project Dominion Files: Follow the objective marker to Stanley's computer. Use Digipick to access it and download the files while undetected.

Return to Ularu at Ryujin Tower: Report to Ularu with the Project Dominion files. She will reveal the project was stolen from Ryujin.
