Alright, so you're heading into Pripyat. It might look familiar if you've played the original S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chornobyl, but in Anomaly, it's a bit more subdued. Still, don't let your guard down – this is the Monolith's main stomping ground, and they can still pack a punch if they show up in force. You won't find a ton of artifacts or mutants here, and honestly, besides that famous Ferris wheel, there isn't a whole lot to explore. Think of this place as more of a waypoint to get to the good stuff.

If you're on the **Living Legend** quest, you'll be coming here anyway, and you'll likely be fighting through most of it as part of the mission. Honestly, you might as well just wait until that quest officially brings you here.

Dominant Faction(s): Monolith

Major Locations:

• Palace Of Culture: This is the Monolith's main HQ. It's a confusing mess of tunnels and rooms. You can find a bed here for resting and a workbench down in the basement.
• Hotel: A secondary Monolith base, also equipped with a bed.
• Bus Station: A tertiary Monolith base.

Major Characters:

• Eidolon: This Monolith boss shows up late in the Living Legend quest. He won't be here until the game decides to spawn him in for the mission.

Anomalies:

• Barricade: You'll find a bunch of electrical anomalies and wrecked vehicles blocking the road heading south towards Radar.
• Collider: The eastern part of the northern area is crawling with dangerous gravitational anomalies, especially around the cabin.
• Olympic: Similar to Collider, this area in the west has gravitational anomalies near the crashed helicopter. Be careful with detectors here; the Svarog detector can be unreliable, showing safe zones when gravity effects are still active. The jump pads are also wider than you'd expect.
• Root Rot: Look for artifacts among the trees and paths just south of the Hotel. Just watch out for electro anomalies.
