After picking up your equipment from the trader, head to the guide who will take you into the swamp.

Beware of anomalies (dangerous spatial distortions) in the area; use the bolt (key 6 on keyboard) to find them.

Before heading to the objective, go straight ahead past the planks on the left and to the north side of the anomaly on the west side of the small island you are on.

Use the detector to find your first artifact; they will appear when you get close enough.

Head across the planks to the area marked on the map (your minimap (a small map on your HUD (Heads-Up Display)))

Get your shotgun ready and run to the tower.
