Alright, so you've just finished searching that poor digger's body, and now the game's telling you to 'Get information from the digger messenger.' Don't worry, it's pretty straightforward. That messenger is actually a guy named Vasyan. You'll find him just east of where you were digging around, near that garbage pile. As you get closer, you'll see Vasyan is in a bit of a pickle, fighting off some Blind dogs. He'll shout for you to get up on a rock – definitely listen to him! It makes things a lot easier. Your next objective will be to 'Kill the blind dogs.' They'll come at you from the west. Stick to Vasyan's advice and use that rock for cover. Once the last dog is down, you'll get a friendly 'thank you' from Vasyan. He'll then tell you that the stalker he's after, Fang, is probably heading towards the Dark Valley. This completes the 'Get information from the digger messenger' mission, and you'll get a new task: 'Follow Fang to the Dark Valley'. Quick Tip: If, for some reason, Vasyan doesn't make it through the dog attack, don't sweat it. You can just search his body, and you'll still get the same crucial information about Fang.
