  • Move past the ladder at the bottom and find the !!SAVE POINT!! on the wall ahead. Save your game.
  • Climb down the ladder across from the save point.
  • Follow Josh along the catwalk.

  • Make a right at the end of the tunnel. The area will light up, showcasing a door directly ahead.
  • Open the door and enter the room with the giant overhead fan.
  • Move toward Dr. Fitch, who is kneeling in the center of the room.
  • Speak with Dr. Fitch for an interactive (cutscene).
  • You will be presented with choices. It does not matter what you choose for the conversation unless you end it early by giving the doll to Dr. Fitch.
  • An objective update will occur: [ ] Defeat Scarlet.
  • Boss - Scarlet

    Scarlet has the following attacks:

    • Arm Swipe: Scarlet leans an arm back and swipes the ground in front of her. This can be a single swipe or a two-hit combo.
    • Blood Eruption: Scarlet pounds the ground with her fist, causing blood to spurt from the ground.
    Tips
    • You cannot use (cover (press the cover button to crouch behind walls or objects)) during this battle; rely on the dodge button.
    • For the two-hit arm swipe combo, dodge the first swipe, pause briefly, then dodge the second swipe. Scarlet is left open for an attack afterward.
    • Use a charged X attack with the Crowbar on her legs after dodging her combos. The Fire Axe can also be used, but the Crowbar is safer due to its faster hit. The Combat Knife is ineffective due to her porcelain exterior.
    • Avoid performing more than a single charged strong attack, as you may get hit.
    • If Scarlet performs a single swipe, you might hit her with a counter attack or an A swing, as you may be anticipating a second swipe.
    • The Blood Eruption move is difficult to distinguish from a normal swipe. Press the dodge button, timing it slightly differently than for the swipes. After dodging, Alex may roll behind her, allowing for hits.
    • When Scarlet yells and stands in place, charge a swing to hit her for a free attack.
    • After taking enough damage, Scarlet's porcelain shell will begin to fall off, revealing her inner skin. Knock off the porcelain from both her legs and continue damaging her legs until she falls.
    • Once she falls, perform an A, A, charge X combo or use continuous charged X swings with the Crowbar. You must knock off all portions of porcelain.
