Defeated 1 Nurse

From the stall, choose to "Squeeze Through" the narrow hole in the back when the command appears.

In the Men's Restroom, collect the "FIRST AID KIT" hanging on the wall to the left of the west door.

Exit the restroom and open the door to the south staircase.

Examine the "PATIENT NOTE" on the window. Continue to floor three.

At the top of the stairs, turn off your flashlight via the RB menu. Walk to the glass window and choose to "Break" it, then "Hop Over" into the next room.

In the Day Room, with your light off, approach the Nurse from behind. Perform a charged X press to knock her down, then stab her with X taps while she is on the floor. If she leans over, press X while targeting her for a finishing blow. Defeat her quickly as another Nurse will join the fight.

Walk to the narrow section of the wall that stands out and tap A when the "Cut" command appears. Tap A again to slice downward and create an opening to room 203. Choose to "Squeeze Through" to the next room.

In Room 303, save your game at the "!!SAVE POINT!!" directly ahead. Examine the "NOTE" on the bed. Open the door to the right.

In the Hallway South of Linen Room, move down the east side of the hall. A cutscene will play.

After the cutscene, equip the knife. To defeat the Swarm of bugs, you can either hold LT and tap A to stomp them while they are on the ground, hit them with the combat knife when they fly in front of Alex, or wait for one to latch onto Alex, then tap B to grab it. Tap the corresponding button (A, X, or B) that appears to toss the bug and kill it.
