Child's Drawing 2: Located in Alchemilla Hospital, on the East Staircase (Otherworld). After cutting through the skin wall on the bottom floor of the Operation Theatre, squeeze through the wall and take it from the wall directly across.

Child's Drawing 3: Found in Alchemilla Hospital, Room 203 (Otherworld). It is hanging on the wall to the right of the bloody mirror.

Child's Drawing 4: Located in Alchemilla Hospital, Hallway Outside Operating Room. After handing over the Robbie toy to Josh, walk past the open gate; it will be on the floor on the other side where Josh was.

Child's Drawing 5: Found in Alchemilla Hospital, Hallway Outside Operating Room. After handing over the Robbie toy to Josh, walk past the open gate toward Room 206. The door will slam shut as you approach; take the drawing from the door.

Child's Drawing 6: Located in the Streets of Shepherd's Glen, in the Park. After obtaining the garage remote, duck under the brick wall to the left of the Shepherd House garage door, then duck under the next brick wall to emerge in the park. The drawing will be on the right wall as you step through the hole.

Child's Drawing 7: Found in the Streets of Shepherd's Glen, in the Backyard of Shepherd House. After using the pump in the basement, exit into the backyard. It will be on the left side of the fence as you step further into the backyard.

Child's Drawing 8: Located in the Streets of Shepherd's Glen, Outside S.G.P.D Office along Main Street. After the cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically) where Elle posts papers on the Missing Persons billboard, check behind the billboard to find it hanging on the back.

Child's Drawing 9: Found in the Grand Hotel, Room 504. After fighting the Needler in the Fifth Floor Hallway, enter Room 504. Push aside the dresser on the right side to find it on the wall behind it.

Child's Drawing 10: Located in Town Hall (Shepherd's Glen), in the North Room. After exiting the sewers, enter the Town Hall and chop through the wooden boards of the north door. Enter the room and push aside the shelf on the left wall to find it on the wall behind.

Child's Drawing 11: Found in Otherworld Dr. Fitch's Office, in the Hell Descent area. When you reach a split path with a Smog on the left, the drawing is on the catwalk of the right dead-end path. Defeat the Smog first.

Child's Drawing 12: Located in Otherworld Dr. Fitch's Office, in the Hell Descent area. After getting the Crowbar from one path at a split, return to the split, hop across lava, and follow the path until you reach a fan. After stepping through the fan, it will turn on behind you, and the drawing will be on the catwalk right below you.
