Upon entering Alchemilla Hospital, head into the first room on your left. The first research note is on the table.

Continue through the hospital until you reach the nurses' station. A research note can be found on the counter.

In the operating theater, look for a research note on a gurney.

Proceed to the patient rooms. One of the rooms will contain a research note on a bedside table.

In the morgue, a research note is located on one of the slabs.

After the cutscene in the chapel, head to the adjacent room. A research note will be on a desk.

In the director's office, find the last research note on his desk.

Tips

The research notes are small, glowing documents. Pay attention to your surroundings.
Some notes may be hidden behind objects or in darker corners.
The order in which you find the notes does not matter.
