    After the Asphyxia boss fight, follow Joshua.

    Regain control of Alex and hop through the shattered glass.

    Run along the catwalk and open the northeast door. Examine the NOTICE on the right wall.

    Open the next door into the Otherworld Streets of Silent Hill.

    Run toward Joshua. Collect Pistol Ammunition from the ground on the far left.

    A Smog will attack; defeat it with the handgun, aiming for its glowing lungs.

    Find the valve handle on the far right wall near the jammed gate. Rotate it to open the gate.

    Examine the pentagonal design on the wall behind the organ. Equip and use the Ceremonial Dagger on the pentagon. The gate in the East Wing will open.

    Objective Update: Find the pieces missing from the five prongs.

    Go to the East Wing. A Schism will attack; defeat it with the shotgun.

    Run back toward the entrance, then head east and duck under the benches.

    In the East Wing, walk toward the basin next to the mirror and pick up the Photo (11/11). This is the final photo.
Tips
  • Save your game in the East Wing before proceeding, as the church area can be glitchy. Consider making a backup save.
  • Be aware of potential game bugs: placing plates on the pentagonal design too early may make them invisible but still functional. Saving with multiple plates in your inventory could cause duplicates of certain plates.
