Part 30

In the first teleporter room, take the north or west teleport to progress.

Grab the [Chakra Pot x1] and take the south teleport.

Take the east teleport, then west. Grab the [Caladbolg x1].

Take the south teleport to find the [Hydro Apple] needed for the main objective.

Take the north teleport, then trigger a teleport midway down the path, avoiding going too far south.

Head west 1 tile, south 1 tile, west 1 tile, south 1 tile to find the forma [Ice-10].

Access a heal/save area via a shortcut up the stairway northeast of your current location.

Go through a portal south of the stairs to a new area. Avoid the northwest door on 1F to prevent returning to the teleporter maze.

On 1F, collect [Sacrifice x1], [Garula Stone x3], [Bufula Stone x3], [10000 Macca], and [Zionga Stone x3].

Proceed through a gate portal on the east end of 1F, leading to stairs to 2F.

From 2F, head west and drop down a pit to a new part of 1F.

Go back up to 2F to grab [Lu Incense x1] and then drop to another new part of 1F.

Unlock a shortcut back to a previously explored area. You can unlock several shortcuts to explored areas and get the [X-Metal] for Captain Jack.

Use a shortcut near the sector entrance to exit and return the forma to Carina and Captain Jack, completing the Jack's Bargain mission.

Return to the Red Sprite.

In Eridanus, go to the top and head towards the ! mark on the map.

Speak to a Jack's squad member to receive an upgrade to your Gate Search function: [Gate Search C], allowing you to open higher level portals.

Explore the rest of the floor, noting the symmetrical layout and gate-type portals starting from the southeast corner.

Collect [Bead Chain x1] while heading east then north.

You will encounter a suspicious area that may have been mapped during the EX Mission with the three Dis in Bootes. The conclusion of that EX Mission takes place here.

If you accept, you will receive a new EX Mission: Fateful Aid.

Further along the floor's loop, you will find a demon, Dantalian, who offers another EX Mission: Tales of investigation.

Prepare for the boss fight against Ouroboros. Level 45 for your main character or better is ideal. Exploit its weakness to fire and aim for Co-Op attacks. Ensure your demons are resistant to Expel, and your main character's armor (e.g., Thiotimo Vest) does not have an Expel weakness. Randall is a good choice for a Gun.

Enter the boss's chamber when ready.

Answer Ouroboros's question: "Can you overcome our endless power?" Your answer affects alignment: "Our power is also endless." (Neutral), "Your enemy's power is endless." (Law), "I want that power." (Chaos).

Engage the boss: Snake Ouroboros (HP: 2300 / MP: 9999). Weaknesses: Fire. Resistances: Phys, Gun. Nullifies: Expel, Curse. Drains: Elec.
