Each Uruk possesses a Power Rating (level) and unique traits, including Strengths and Weaknesses, which significantly impact combat encounters. Understanding Uruk Power and Traits

Every Uruk in Sauron's army has a Power Rating, which functions similarly to a character level in RPGs. While this rating indicates their general strength, their individual Traits are far more important. Traits are categorized into two main types:

• Strengths: These can include special attacks (like uncounterable strikes), unique abilities (such as tracking hidden enemies or rapid health regeneration), immunities to specific weapon types or attacks, or 'Hatreds'. Hatreds cause an Uruk to become stronger when facing a specific threat.
• Weaknesses: These are vulnerabilities that can be exploited. They might include specific attacks that can harm or instantly kill the Uruk, or 'Fears'. Fears can remove an Uruk's immunities and special abilities, making them much easier to defeat.

The Power Rating of an Uruk directly influences the quality of the Rune they drop upon defeat. Higher Power Ratings generally mean more potent Runes. However, an Uruk's traits and your ability to counter them are often more critical to success in combat than their raw Power Rating.

Gaining Intelligence on Sauron's Army

To effectively strategize against Sauron's forces, you need to gather intelligence. A key method for obtaining this information is through Interrogation. Certain Uruks, often referred to as 'Worms', are a common source of intel. When you use your Wraith abilities to interrogate these individuals, they will reveal valuable information about their superiors, including Captains and Warchiefs.

These intel-gathering Uruks are visually distinct. They typically have a green icon above their heads and will glow green when you activate your Wraith Vision. By interrogating these Worms, you can learn more about the strengths, weaknesses, and power levels of the Uruk Captains and Warchiefs, allowing you to plan your attacks more effectively.
