Part 91

This trophy pops when you manage to get Igwe, January, and Mikhaila all together in your office. To do this, you'll need to help Igwe out of his container early on – basically, use his container to get back inside Talos I. Then, you'll need to help Mikhaila get her booster shots. The guide mentions following the guide or using CTRL+F for "Booster Shots" to find out how. Once you've helped them all, they'll eventually meet up in your office, and bam, trophy unlocked.

Dear Future Self

This is a Bronze trophy you'll likely get naturally as you play. It's awarded for finding and listening to all the messages you left for yourself throughout the game. Make sure you're paying attention to your personal messages for the story, and also check out the messages on Alex's computer. Near the end of the game, when you get access to Alex's secret hiding spot, be sure to find the TranScribe device you made for yourself and give it a listen!

Best Served Cold

Another Bronze trophy, this one is for killing Luka and avenging Abby. When you reach the Crew Quarters, you'll need to help out the "Cook" (Luka) and do favors for him until he runs off. After that, you'll need to complete the "Danielle" quest until she asks you to kill the cook. Keep progressing through the game until you can get to the "Talos I Bridge" area. You'll find him in the escape pods area there, and that's your chance to avenge Abby.

Suicide by Proxy

This Bronze trophy is pretty straightforward: you need to kill January. Once you meet January, you can save your game, kill him, and then reload your save to get the trophy. January often just hangs out in your office, so you can usually grab this trophy pretty much anytime.

Open Says She

This is a story-related trophy, so don't stress too much about missing it. You'll earn it by using Danielle's voice samples to access Deep Storage. Just keep playing the game, and you'll get this one in due course.

This Never Happened

To snag this Bronze trophy, you need to perform an apto-regressive neurotomy on Dahl. This requires you to first save Dr. Igwe. Later, when Dahl shows up, you'll need to go see Igwe. He'll ask you to take Dahl down non-lethally instead of the usual route. So, hit Dahl with your Stun Gun and continue the story. Dr. Igwe will contact you when it's time to perform the procedure on Dahl. Head to him when he calls and complete the procedure to get the trophy.

Facsimile

This is a story-related Bronze trophy that you get simply for meeting January for the first time. So, just keep playing through the main quest, and you'll earn this one naturally.
