From your desk, go left to find a Methuselah Apple and your safe. Inside the safe are the Gloo Cannon Ammo Fabrication Plan and a Weapon Upgrade Kit. To the right of your desk is the "Too Far, Too Fast I" book. Search the far right area for 2 Corroded Coils, Used Plastic Tubing, 2 Burnt Circuit Boards, 2 Frayed Wires, Spare Parts, a Wrench Fabrication Plan, Tulip Flower Cuttings, Mineral Material 1.00, Organic Material 1.00, Synthetic Material 1.00, the Morgan Yu's Suite Keycard, and a Medkit on the wall.

Use the Recycler and Fabricator found here. The Fabricator can create items using gathered materials; the "Huntress Boltсaster" is an example tool.

Break the window where the movie was to find a corridor leading to "General Access," but it requires a keycard.

Head back to the staircase and defeat the mimic that appears. You will receive the "Combat Basics" tutorial.

Before entering the "Teleconferencing Center," place the turret from your office outside the door for assistance.

Open the door to the "Teleconferencing Center" and defeat the three mimics that spawn, using the turret for help.

Search Elias Black's Corpse for 2 Shotgun Shells, 19 9MM Bullets, and the Silenced Pistol Ammo Fabrication Plan. A Silenced Pistol is also nearby.

Collect 2 Used Cigars from the big table and under a table in the right hallway. Find a Lemon Peel and a Banana Peel in a nearby trashcan.

Proceed through the door to the north section of the 3rd Floor.

Grab Crumped Paper and a Used Cigar from a trashcan, along with 2 Cosmos Plant Cuttings and a Banana Peel past the doorway.

Explore the nearby workshop area, which contains 2 Spare Parts. A broken recycler can be repaired for 5 parts, but it's not recommended as a working one is in your office. Grab 4 Flexifoam Bolts on the way out and destroy gloo bits near the exit if desired.

Head east across the bridge to find an Agave Plant Cutting. Enter the intact door to the Sales Division.

Warning: Be aware of a roaming Phantom in the Sales Division. Engage it carefully, using the shotgun if possible. A mimic is also present in "Kelly Randolph's" office. The Phantom is using "Yuri Kimura" as a host.

Loot the drink machine for 2 Kafe Karsk and a Cold Mountain Green Tea. In the first office on the lower floor, find a Baseball Glove and the book "The Space Elevator."

The next office contains 3 Flexifoam Bolts and the book "TranStar Life - Employee Profile." Collect a Tulip Plant Cutting in the corner.

Head left to "Yuri Kimura's" office. Behind his desk, find 4 Neuromods. Read the "Sales Folder" book and the email "EMAIL 43: EXPORTS" on the computer.

In the next office, find a Huntress Boltсaster and 10 Flexifoam Bolts behind the desk. Read the "Neuromod Application Instructions" book.

Consider buying the "Dismantle" skill to break down extra wrenches and boltсasters. You can also retrieve a Medkit and Spare Parts from the broken operator in the Trauma Center. Use a recycler before proceeding.

Head back to the "Hardware Labs." You will receive a "Stealth" tip as some "???" Canisters wake up and move.

Warning: Corrupted Operators are a threat in the Hardware Labs. They are corrupted operators, often by Technopaths, and have many weaknesses.
