    In the exterior area, note the stairs to the left and the broken Grav Elevator. To the right is a non-functional cargo lift. The area has multiple levels, labeled B1-B4 from top to bottom.

    On level B3, find a Neuromod, 34 GLOO Canisters, and a Medkit.

    On level B4, locate a toolbox with Spare Parts and Used Plastic Tubing. Find a "Divertor" part near the maintenance lift and throw it to a lower level for later use.

    Read the "Reactor Emergency Procedures" booklet on the console. The order to reset systems is: Magnetosphere, Substation Power Grid, Photovoltaic Rings, Gravity, Life Support, Main Reactor.

    Exit the control room and pick up the Divertor.

    Go to the back of the reactor room and find a broken piece of equipment. Use the "TRANSCRIBE: NICHOLAS STILLWATER" to learn you need a Divertor. Replace the broken Divertor with the one you brought.

    Return to the control room and resume the reboot process. Power will be restored, unlocking airlocks and fixing the lift.

    Explore the now accessible "Secure Storage Room" in the back right. Find a Weapon Upgrade Kit, Used Plastic Tubing, Corroded Coil, and 17 GLOO Canisters.
