Loot the back of the first area for [_DUCK BEER_], [_SISKAK UNAGI ROLLZ x2_], a [_MEDKIT_], [_GREEN BEETLE GIN_], [_OLD SARDAR BOURBON_], the "Flight Log: Scott Parker" book, and [_RANDOM DIM SUM_].

On a bookcase by the couch, find the [_[O] PISTOL CRITICAL ++_] chipset and "Bill Nixon-Greene's Corpse". He has a [_BURNT CIRCUIT BOARD_], [_SPARE PARTS_], and the [_BRIEFING ROOM KEYCARD_].

Go back down the stairs and head to the outer walkway. Break the PC window to access a work area behind it.

In this work area, find [_SPARE PARTS_] and a [_BROKEN COOLER FAN_]. This is also where the vent from the entrance comes out.

Head to the end of this area and use the "exit" door to reach the "Briefing Room" via a back entrance.

Kill the phantom and mimic inside the Briefing Room.

To the right, find [_OLD SARDAR BOURBON_], [_KINGS & WAY SPARKLING WINE_], and a [_HUNTTRESS BOLTCASTER_] near the [_HAPPY BIRTHDAY IZUMI! NOTE_].

The nearby desk contains a large amount of food: [_RUSSIAN BLINIS x2_], [_SPIRALITE COOKIES_], [_SHAKER LEMON PIE_], [_BIG BANG CANDY_], [_POPSTAR x6_], and [_USED CIGAR x2_] (one is in a waste can).

Find "Skye Braxton's" corpse, which has a [_BROKEN COOLER FAN_], [_SPARE PARTS_], and the [_[O] PSYCHOSHOCK SHIELDING (*) 21.4GHZ_].

Near the podium, find a [_KAFE KARSK_].

In the corner, find a [_SUN-DRIED TOMATO JERKY_].

Head to the upper area to find "Perry Fullbright's Corpse". He has a [_BROKEN COOLER FAN_] and a [_SUIT REPAIR KIT_].

Hack the nearby safe to get a [_WEAPON UPGRADE KIT_], a [_NULLWAVE TRANSMITTER_], and [_NEUROMOD x2_].

A cabinet on the way out contains a [_PSI HYPO_] and [_MEDKIT FABRICATION PLAN_].

Exit the Briefing Room.

Take a right to a work area with a PC containing three new emails: [_EMAIL 153: WHERE ARE YOU?_], [_EMAIL 154: RE: READINGS AROUND TALOS_], and [_EMAIL 155: IZUMI'S SURPRISE BIRTHDAY PARTY_].

Head to the middle area and grab the [_FRAYED WIRE_] and [_BURNT CIRCUIT BOARD_].

In the lower circular area, you can change the LG cameras. Find "Omar Bolivar's Corpse", who has a [_BURNT CIRCUIT BOARD_], [_SPARE PARTS_], and another [_BRIEFING ROOM KEYCARD_].

A PC in this area has [_EMAIL 156: NEW PEOPLE_].

Head back to the Arboretum.

Beware of the Nightmare, which is likely to appear if you used many Neuromods.

Head to "Deep Storage".

Upon entering Deep Storage, Dr. Igwe will call about the information Mikhaila wants.

Kill any phantoms and mimics in the area.

Go up the stairs to the second floor and enter the safe room with the objective marker.

Use the volunteer tracker PC. Enter the volunteer ID and listen to the audio file.

You will be presented with a choice: DELETE the file or TRANSFER it. It is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED to TRANSFER the audio file to get a trophy later.

Head back to the Arboretum.

Go to Alex's office.

Grab the [_NEUROMOD x2_] from his desk.

Watch the video from his PC.

Get the chipset for scanning coral from Alex's desk.
