To find hidden items, restart the test from the computer and select the answers (A), (C), (B), (A), (C).

This opens a safe on the opposite wall containing a [_DO NO HARM TRANSCRIBE_] and 3x [_NEUROMOD_]. This also completes the 'Do No Harm' sidequest.

Exit the office and enter 'Chris Wade's Office' to find a toolbox with [_SPARE PARTS_], a [_CORRODED COIL_], a [_SUIT REPAIR KIT_], 3x [_FRAYED WIRE_], and 2x [_USED PLASTIC TUBING_].

Search nearby shelves for 2x [_SPARE PARTS_] and a [_FRIED HARD DRIVE_].

On Chris' desk, find the [_MEDICAL STATION MISSING OPERATOR_] note. Under his desk are a [_BROKEN COOLER FAN_], 2x [_POPSTAR_], and 2x [_BANANA PEEL_].

Near the bot, find a [_SPARE PART_], on the ground a [_CORRODED COIL_], and on the work desk a [_BURNT CIRCUIT BOARD_].

Head out and take a right, then go straight to find metal cabinets containing 3x [_PSI HYPO_], [_BIOHAZARD WASTE_], and an [_EXPIRED PLASMA BAG_].

Near a blue machine, collect 2x [_TEST TUBE SAMPLE_].

In the middle area outside the surgery area, find the [_GUSTAV LEITNER RESULTS - CONFIDENTIAL_] note, more [_BIOHAZARD WASTE_], a [_MEDKIT FABRICATION PLAN_], and a [_PETRI DISH SAMPLE_].

North of the blue machine, find Martin Giroud's Corpse and take his 6x [_9MM BULLETS_] and [_SHOTGUN SHELL_].

Use the nearby 'Operator Dispenser' (a large green machine) to create a medical operator that heals you to full.

To the left of the green machine, grab a [_PETRI DISH SAMPLE_] from the trash.

In the operating circle, loot Luther Glass's corpse for a [_BURNT CIRCUIT BOARD_], [_SPARE PARTS_], and a [_NEUROMOD_].

North of the operating room, regular lockers contain 4x [_BIOHAZARD WASTE_], an [_EXPIRED PLASMA BAG_], a [_MEDKIT_], 2x [_PSI HYPO_], and a [_SUIT REPAIR KIT_].

In a storage room to the left of the lockers, find another [_PSI HYPO_].

In the quarantine area, collect a [_PSI HYPO_], [_SUNBURST BANANA PUDDING_], and the [_OBSERVATION LOG_] note.

Near the black lockers, find 2x [_PETRI DISH SAMPLE_] and another [_PSI HYPO_].

To incapacitate Mr. Young without killing him, QUICK SAVE, open the door, immediately use the STUN GUN on full blast to knock him out.

Head right towards the exit and check a blue room. Outside the room, find [_BIOHAZARD WASTE_] and an [_EXPIRED PLASMA BAG_] in a garbage can.

Inside the blue room, find 3x [_BIOHAZARD WASTE_] by the beds on the floor and loot Lucia Jimenez's corpse for a [_PETRI DISH SAMPLE_].

Head out of the room and right, past the doctor's room to the entrance. The 'Devries 7324' code will be useful later.

To enter the Staff Lounge, jump over the railing to the left of the door and use the ledge to reach the balcony.

Deal with the mimic on the balcony, then enter the 'Staff Lounge' door.

Loot Randolf Hutchinson's corpse for [_BIOHAZARD WASTE_]. Be prepared to fight mimics.

In the room with tables, defeat the two mimics.

Use the RECYCLER in the Staff Lounge to convert junk into useful materials.

In the Staff Lounge, find the 'International Art: Talos Edition' book on the counter and floor, near a [_USED CIGAR_].

Find the 'Pioneers of Space Industry' book on the counter.

Past the counter, find a [_LEMON PEEL_] and [_EMPTY FOO_].
