Listen to the volunteer speak, then interact with the PC to read about him. You can also find the "Exotic Material Extraction Manual" book here.

If you choose to let the volunteer out, he will be thankful and give you the [_ARMORY KEYCODE_]. (Note: You can save, get the code, and then kill him if you wish, but this guide follows the path of saving him for the trophy.)

Enter the armory and collect the following items: [_GLOO CANNON_], [_NEUROMOD_], [_9MM BULLET x6_], [_GLOO CANISTER x35_], [_SHOTGUN_], [_SHOTGUN SHELLS FABRICATION PLAN_], [_SILENCED PISTOL FABRICATION PLAN_], and [_WEAPON UPGRADE_].

Inside the armory, you can find another [_SHOTGUN_] and [_SILENCED PISTOL_]. The lockers contain [_GLOO CANISTER x27_], [_SHOTGUN SHELL x3_], and an [_EMP CHARGE_].

Check "Demian Linn's Corpse" for a [_PETRI DISH SAMPLE_].

Head back outside and check the room to the west. Loot "Kristine Lloyd's Corpse" for a [_PETRI DISH SAMPLE_], [_SPARE PARTS_], [_EXOTIC MATERIAL 1.0_], and the [_TRANSCRIBE: KRISTINE LLOYD_]. Listening to this transcribe will initiate a side quest.

The objective will update: o Objective (Million Dollar Caulk Gun): Seal Hull Breach (Talos I Exterior). The door is impassable for now. The north door is under lockdown.

Head back and enter the "Live Exam / Morgue" area.

In the "Live Exam" area, grab the [_USED PLASTIC TUBING_] and [_GLOO CANISTER x34_] from the toolbox.

Proceed to the Live Exam area. You will receive a call from January. The door is locked due to an experiment.

New objective: o Objective: Complete the live examination procedure.

Past the central PC, loot "Ruby Stone's Corpse" for a [_PETRI DISH SAMPLE_], [_HYPO FABRICATION PLAN_], and [_JELLIED EELS_].

Check the corner desk for [_GLOO CANISTER x36_] and the [_SPEEDSCAN 001SI_] module.

In the far corner, find some [_BIOHAZARD WASTE_].

Interact with the PC to begin the procedure. Lower the containment field. A Weaver will raise a corpse into a "Voltaic Phantom".

VOLTAIC PHANTOM: These enemies carry an electric shock, harming turrets and the player. Engage from stealth if possible.

Weakness: EMP, Nullwave, Psychic

Immunity: Electric, Stun

Scannable Powers: Electrostatic Burst I, II, III, Electrostatic Resistance, Electrostatic Absorption

Defeat the Voltaic Phantom. Nullwave Transmitters are effective. Scan it first, ideally while it's being raised.

Once the Voltaic Phantom is defeated, the lockdown will be lifted. The objective updates to: o Objective: Access the G.U.T.S.

Before proceeding, go to the Morgue.

In the Morgue, defeat two mimics (one in the middle room, one disguised as a medkit in the far left corner).

Loot "Mitsuko Tokaji's Corpse" in the middle room for [_BIOHAZARD WASTE_], [_SPARE PARTS_], and [_MINERAL MATERIAL 1.0_]. The mimic on the table can drop a [_MIMIC TUMOR_].

Check shelves for [_BIOHAZARD WASTE x2_], a [_PSI HYPO_], and a [_PETRI DISH SAMPLE_].

Head out the left door and grab [_BIOHAZARD WASTE x2_] by a busted turret.

The corner desk has a [_MIMIC TUMOR_], [_MEDKIT_], and an [_ANTI-RAD PHARMA FABRICATION PLAN_].

Check the PC for new emails: [_EMAIL 93: RE: I'M AN IDIOT_] and [_EMAIL 94: MOD MALFUNCTIONS_].

To the right, find [_9MM BULLET x6_] on the floor.

To open the locked door, break nearby windows and use your HUNTRESS BOLTCASTER to fire bolts at the button near the main door.

Enter the opened area. Loot "V-091855-04" for [_CRISPY FRITES_].

The table to the left has [_9MM BULLET x5_] and [_BIOHAZARD WASTE_].

Loot "V-122255-07" for [_VEGGIE BLEND_].

Loot "Sylvain Bellamy" for a [_PETRI DISH SAMPLE_] and [_SYLVAIN BEL_ (item name cut off in source).
