    From the starting area, collect Agave Plant Clippings and a Banana Peel. Defeat a Mimic and find the Transcribe: Robert Gage. Listen to it and loot Robert Gage's Corpse for Agave Plant Clippings.

    Return to the foyer and go up the stairs, then left. Check the bathrooms; one is blocked. The other contains a Mimic. Defeat it and collect Crumpled Paper and Cold Mountain Green Tea from the stalls.

    Head back to the foyer. You'll receive the "Favorites Wheel" tutorial. To the right of a Neuromod item is a large door to "The Lobby". Note a locked door to the right, which will be revisited later. Proceed to "The Lobby".

    Upon entering The Lobby, loot Nash Underwood's Corpse for 9mm Bullets, a Suit Repair Kit, and a Medkit.

    To the left is "Human Resources", blocked by a need for Leverage III. Loot a nearby trashcan for a Banana Peel.

    Head down the stairs. A hull integrity failure will occur, prompting a call from January and a new objective: "Access the video file".

    Continue down the stairs, looking for Duck Beer on the floor. In the lobby, find a Baseball Glove inside a trashcan. Explore the left corner for another trashcan with a Used Cigar and a Lemon Peel, and a briefcase with a Shotgun Shell. A door to "General Access" is locked.

    Return to the stairs and head right. In the green-tiled area near red couches, find Used Cigars and a Lemon Peel.

    Continue down this path to find "Kelly Randolph's Corpse". Loot her for Shaker Lemon Pie and a Baseball Glove.

    To the left is an open room containing a Phantom. Use the Disruptor Stun Gun, strafe, charge, shoot, and then hit it with your wrench three times. Repeat this process to defeat it. Loot the corpse.

    Before entering the room the Phantom came from, loot Alice Aiken's Corpse for Biohazard Waste and Organic Material. Nearby, find a trashcan with a Used Cigar and a Banana Peel, with another Banana Peel on the ground.

    Enter the area the Phantom came from (Transtar Exhibit). Collect the Neuromod directly in front of you.

    Along the left side (seating area), find a Used Cigar. Further on, find the "Survivor's Account of 'The Evacuation' Day 1" to read. On the far wall is a Medkit, and a trashcan contains Lemon Peels. The right wall has a verbal history exhibit.

    Exit through the south exit. Four Mimics will be present past a tool cart. Lure them out one at a time using the doorway to funnel them and defeat them.

    Check the tool case for Frayed Wire and a Corroded Coil. The nearby trashcan contains a Lemon Peel and Crumpled Paper. Note the stairs and "Security".
Tips
  • The "Favorites Wheel" (hold Triangle) is useful for quickly accessing weapons and powers.
  • Leverage III is required to access "Human Resources".
  • The Phantom can be defeated with a combination of the Disruptor Stun Gun and wrench attacks.
  • Sneaking and using the shotgun or Psychoshock III are also effective against Phantoms.
  • Be prepared to manage inventory space, as many resources are found.
