    Head to the Shuttle Bay and find a way into Dahl's Shuttle. One method is to go to the top area, eliminate the Military Operator near the Engineering Operator Dispenser, and then kill the two Operators in the control room.

    Search Dahl's Shuttle for clues.     Jump to the bottom of the area and go outside to the Talos I Exterior.

    Follow the marker to find Dahl's Tech Officer, who may be in a random location inside a hatch. Be prepared to fight Military Operators guarding him.

    Hack "Kaspar" if possible to stop his operations, or destroy the Tech Officer.

    Head to the "Hardware Labs" Airlock and then to the "Neuromod Division" to progress the "Incapacitate Dahl" objective.

    Find Dr. Igwe in a container with Dahl.

    From the outside, use the PC to activate the Neuromod removal process by selecting "Engage Surgical Harness", then "Neural Scan", then "Perform Neurotomy". This will unlock the "This Never Happened" Bronze Trophy.

    After the cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically), take the [_NEUROMOD_] and [_NULLWAVE TRANSMITTER x3_] from the table.

    Head to the Arboretum and follow the marker to a hidden panel on the side of Alex's house.

    Hit the "Open" button and watch the cutscene where Alex gives you a plan, updating the "A Mind Without Limits" objective to "Get Nullwave Device plan".
Tips
  • An Engineer Operator can provide full armor if you find one near the Engineering Operator Dispenser.
  • EMP charges and the Q-BEAM are effective against Military Operators.
  • If the Tech Officer's location is random, you may need to follow the marker on your (minimap (the small circular map in the bottom-left corner of your screen)) (radar (your minimap with nearby blips and threats marked)) (HUD (heads-up display — the on-screen icons showing health, ammo and the minimap)).
