From the open area, go through the flower display to a maintenance area below for [_USED PLASTIC TUBING_].

Head back up and use the engineer operator machine (requires Hacking II) if desired.

Enter the Flight Control room. Loot the first console for [_SHOTGUN SHELL x2_].

Loot the second console for "Flight Log: Scott Parker", a [_NEUROMOD_], [_TRANSCRIBE: MIA BAYER_], a [_SHOTGUN_], and the [_VOLUNTEER FLIGHT SCHEDULE NOTE_].

Loot Mia Bayer's Corpse for a [_BURNT CIRCUIT BOARD_] and [_SPARE PARTS_].

The next console has a [_WEAPON UPGRADE KIT_].

Continue through the smoke-break area.

Head back down to the bottom area and re-enter the "GUTS" area.

Continue upwards, checking boxes for [_USED PLASTIC TUBING_].

Ignore Josh Dalton's marker for now. Kill the Technopath. You may also encounter Corrupted Operators and a Weaver.

Continue checking boxes and crates for [_CORRODED COIL_], [_USED PLASTIC TUBING_], [_FRAYED WIRE_], and [_PSI HYPO x3_]. Be mindful of radiation.

Between the first and next radiation carts, find [_EMP CHARGE_], [_CORRODED COIL x2_], a [_MEDKIT_], [_FRAYED WIRE_], [_USED PLASTIC TUBE_], [_Q-BEAM CELL x36_], and [_NEUROMOD x2_].

Past that, a crate has [_BIOHAZARD WASTE x2_], [_PSI HYPO x2_], and another [_MEDKIT_].

Continue past more radiation carts.

Find your way back to the "Psychotronics Maintenance Tunnel" (the path split from your first time in G.U.T.S.).

Go back to where Josh's marker is. He is behind the big grey pipe. Follow the bend in the pipe and tracks to find an area behind the pipe.

Follow this path to junk and watch for cysts. Behind the junk, find Josh Dalton's Corpse.

Loot Josh Dalton's Corpse for the [_Q-BEAM_] weapon, [_BLACKBOX LAB KEYCARD_], [_Q-BEAM CELLS x27_], a [_WEAPON UPGRADE KIT_], and [_TRANSCRIBE: JOSH DALTON_].

Return to the Hardware Labs with the keycard.

NOTE: Listen to audio records found on the "Talos I Bridge" for "The Golden Gun" to start a new side-quest.

Head through GUTS to the Arboretum.

You will receive a call from Alex. Continue to Crew Quarters.

In Crew Quarters, head to "Crew Quarters A" to find the captain's quarters.

Search the captain's quarters for a [_USED CIGAR_] and [_9MM BULLETS x15_].

Open the safe (code: 1472) for a [_WEAPON UPGRADE KIT_] and the [_ARTEMIS GOLDEN PISTOL_].

NOTE: The Golden Pistol has higher damage than the standard pistol.

Head to "Crew Quarters B" and Abigail's room.

You have the numbers (1, 3, 5, 6) for her combo but not the order. You must try combinations randomly until you unlock the reward.

Upon unlocking the combo, you will receive the [_ADVENTURER'S TOOLKIT V1.X_].

Head back to the Arboretum, then the Talos I Lobby, and finally to "Hardware Labs" to continue "The Blackbox Project".
