From your desk, go left to find a Methuselah Apple and your safe. Inside the safe are the Gloo Cannon Ammo Fabrication Plan and a Weapon Upgrade Kit. To the right of your desk is the book "Too Far, Too Fast I". To the far right, search the junk for 2x Corroded Coil, Used Plastic Tubing, 2x Burnt Circuit Board, 2x Frayed Wire, Spare Parts, a Wrench Fabrication Plan, more Tulip Flower Cuttings, Mineral Material 1.00, Organic Material 1.00, Synthetic Material 1.00, the Morgan Yu's Suite Keycard, and a Medkit on the wall.

Use the Recycler and Fabricator found here. The only item crafted was the "Huntress Boltcaster".

Break the window where the movie was to find a corridor leading to "General Access", but it requires a keycard.

Head back to the staircase and defeat a mimic. You will receive the "Combat Basics" tutorial.

Before entering the "Teleconferencing Center", place the turret from your office before the door.

Open the door to the "Teleconferencing Center" and stand behind the turret to defeat three spawning mimics.

Check Elias Black's Corpse for 2x Shotgun Shell, 19x 9mm Bullets, and the Silenced Pistol Ammo Fabrication Plan. Find a Silenced Pistol nearby.

Head inwards to find 2x Used Cigar (one on the big table, one under a table in the right hallway). A nearby trashcan contains a Lemon Peel and a Banana Peel.

Go through the door to access the north section of the 3rd Floor.

In the trashcan, find Crumped Paper and a Used Cigar. Past the doorway, find 2x Cosmos Plant Cuttings and a Banana Peel.

To the right is an exit. Grab 4x Flexifoam Bolts on the way and destroy gloo bits near the exit if desired. The workshop area contains 2x Spare Parts. A broken recycler can be repaired for 5 parts, but it's not recommended as you have a working one in your office.

Head back out of this area and go east across the bridge. Find an Agave Plant Cutting in the back.

Enter the intact door to the Sales Division.

Be aware of a roaming Phantom enemy in the Sales Division. Use your shotgun and try to get behind it. A mimic is also in "Kelly Randolph's" office. The phantom is using "Yuri Kimura" as a host.

From the entrance, grab 2x Kafe Karsk and a Cold Mountain Green Tea from the drink machine.

In the first office on the lower floor, find a Baseball Glove and the book "The Space Elevator".

The next office has 3x Flexifoam Bolts and the book "TranStar Life - Employee Profile". Grab the Tulip Plant Cutting in the corner.

Head left, grab 2x Cosmos Plant Cuttings from the display, and go left again to "Yuri Kimura's" office. Behind his desk, find 4x Neuromod. Read the "Sales Folder" book and the email "EMAIL 43: EXPORTS" on the computer.

Go to the next office. Behind the desk, find the Huntress Boltcaster and 10x Flexifoam Bolts. Read the "Neuromod Application Instructions" book on the desk.

Consider buying the "Dismantle" skill to break down extra wrenches and boltcasters. You can also destroy the broken operator in the Trauma Center for a Medkit and Spare Parts. Consider visiting a recycler.

Head back to the "Hardware Labs" to continue.

In the "Hardware Labs", you will reach the "Lobby". A "Stealth" tip is provided as a couple of "???" Canisters wake up and move out.
