Helping Hands
You will find three crew members in various locations in Vilario's Rest. A fourth is trapped in the nearby Sea Cave.
Family Pride
After witnessing a duel between Larro Bardato and Orso Valera in the Queen's Berth district, speak to the heads of the two families in their respective estates. After completing A Sinking Feeling, suggest to Ezzali that peace would improve profits. Tell Atello Valera that Ezzali is prepared to negotiate and he will agree to meet her on his estate. Oversee a successful negotiation.
A Sinking Feeling
Speak to Ezzali Bardatto in the Bardatto Estate who voices her suspicions of a Valera plot. Find Zill Valera near the Cobbler's stand who mentions that his cousin Persa is cooking up something. Make your way to The Hole in The Gullet district of Neketaka where you will find Persa in a storeroom plotting to rob the Bardatto family vault. Tell Ezzali about the plot.
A Bigger Fish
During the day, peak to Martino Valera in the Valera Estate who wants you to get rid of some Royal Deadfire sailors who are muscling in on the pirate hunting business. Speak to Zill Valera who suggests that you might send the sailors his way and he will keep them entertained.
Mention the Rauataian sailors before asking about the family feud. Otherwise, you will be locked into the Sinking Feeling quest and can't do both in parallel.
Find the sailors in The Wild Mare and mention Zill to get them to leave peacefully. Return to Martino Valera to report that the sailors have gone.
Lost Dues In Good Faith
Speak to Kahn in The Wild Mare who asks you to look for someone named Oswald who owes her money. Speak to Aenalys, one of the courtesans upstairs, and persuade her to give you Oswald's Journal. Speak to Kahn about the journal and she suggests that you might explore a nearby temple she spotted from her ship.
Go to Oathbinder's Sanctum and free Oswald from the clutches of Inquisitor Lödwyn. Unfortunately, he is penniless. Return to Kahn in the Wild Mare and break the bad news to her.
Food for Thought
Speak to Enoi in his house in The Gullet and agree to help resolve the food shortage. Speak to Pitli in the sanctuary who directs you to Saewyn in the Temple of Gaun. Speak to High Priestess Saewyn and ask about getting food relief to The Gullet. She is willing to help if you can ensure that any food donated goes to the people in need.
When you next speak to Prince Aruhui, tell him about the agreement you made with the Dawnstars and he will agree to give most of the donated food to the Roparu. Return to Enoi's home to give him the good news.
Harsh Medicine
Learn about drowner's lung from Pitli and offer to help obtain the medicine needed. Speak to Fyrna in The Hole and persuade her to give you directions to Delver's Row. When you get there, pay Ernezzo 800cp for the medicine. Give the medicine to Pitli.
The Cornett's Call
When you get sufficient Gullet reputation, a Cloaked Messenger will direct you to seek out Dereo in The Narrows. Visit Dereo's lair and he will tell you that he's after the Cornett of Waves which is currently in the possession of someone named Takano.
Go to Takano's Estate in Serpent's Crown and obtain the Cornett through persuasion or theft.
When you leave Serpent's Crown, you will be accosted by Ateira and her gang of lowlifes, hoping to take the Cornett for herself. Deal with her as you see fit.
Head to Dereo's Hideout and show him the Cornett. He tells you that you need to take it to the Old City which can be reached from The Undercroft. Fetch the Cornett of the Depths from the Old City Overlook and fight your way to the Chamber of Tides in the Old City where you have to fight the Giant Cave Grub. Check out the mural and open up the Secret Chamber.
Return to Gwenfin in the Old City Ruins and make your way back to Dereo's Lair to tell him what you found.
The Archmage's Vault
You will overhear a Rauataian named Tumara and a Huana named Netehe arguing outside the door to Arkemyr's Manor in Periki's Overlook. Question them to learn that Arkemyr has a stone tablet engraved with a Huana epic and that both want it for their respective governments.
Gain access to Arkemyr's Manor via the window in the Living Quarters of The Dark Cupboard. Make your way to Arkermyr's bedroom and grab Arkemyr's Old Robe to serve as a disguise and Arkemyr's Notes to learn the passphrase for the imps. Go inside the manor and obtain the Translucent Crystal from Yellow Eye Three. Head downstairs and pacify the imp who challenges your presence. Find a Tattered Note in Arkemyr's study to learn the combination for the Vault. Head down to the laboratory level and use the Translucent Crystal on the lock and enter the combination to get inside the Vault. Liberate the Harapo Epic and leave through the front door.
You will find Netehe outside the Kahanga Palace and Tumara outside Imperial Command in The Brass Citadel. Give the Epic to whoever you like.
