  • Ensure Edér and Xoti are in your party to update their companion quests.
  • Pallegina can be recruited at VTC Headquarters if not met in the palace.
  • Huana Reputation 2 is required for the optimum outcome of _Her Last Request_.

Walkthrough:

  1. Update Edér and Xoti's companion quests. Start Pallegina's companion quest if applicable.
  2. Encounter Ateira and her crew while travelling between districts. You can choose to kill them for positive reputation and a Fine Stiletto, or persuade her that the Cornett of Waves is worthless or that you are too strong.
  3. Continue your journey to the Road North.
  4. Head west, looking for the bounty hunter Okauro.
  5. Take on Okauro's first bounty, Dhwrgas the Ascetic.
  6. Continue past a merchant to the Spire of the Soul Seers.
  7. If Pallegina is in your party, she will want to speak about Giacolo, an animancer and acquaintance.
  8. Find merchant Tiabo outside the Spire.
  9. Head to the rooftop of the Spire.
  10. Speak to Flaune Elette, the leader of the animancers.
  11. Ask about Giacolo; Flaune will say he is in his room in The Hole.
  12. Ask about her work; Flaune will explain her research into harnessing luminous adra for instant travel and that a Watcher is ideal for her research.
  13. Agree to help with her research to initiate A Glimpse Beyond.
  14. You will enter the Realm of the Beast of Winter. Follow the linear path, killing Scourging Blights.
  15. At the end of the path, defeat the boss-level enemy, the Soul Collector. Use non-slashing weapons as it has high slash AR (13).
  16. Continue to the large mask and encounter Rymrgand. Be polite or keep your mouth shut, as challenging him will result in death.
  17. Rymrgand will instruct you to inform the animancers in the spire that they have failed and drawn his gaze.
  18. Gather Spirit Residue from husks and containers before returning through Rymrgand's portal.
  19. Back in the spire, Flaune will apologize for what happened and give you 400cp (2025 XP) as compensation.
  20. If Caedman Azo survived _PoE_, you will find him here.
  21. Speak to Ydwin. Follow her conversation threads until you can ask her about leaving the Spire for more hands-on experience. She will readily agree.
  22. Ydwin can be recruited as a Cipher, Rogue, or Mindstalker (Cipher/Rogue).
  23. Before leaving the Spire, find a crate containing Living Steel.
  24. Make your way to the Temple of Magran.
  25. Note the weapon rack containing the Magran's Blessing shield and its guard.
  26. Use a stealthy character and Firecrackers to distract the guard and steal the shield. Have the stealthed character engage Stealth outside the guard's detection range, and use Firecrackers near the guard (not at him) to make him turn around. Switch to the stealthed character to grab the shield.
  27. Speak to High Priest Hati and request to commit Muhai's body to the flames.
  28. Argue that Muhai died alone and her spirit cannot rest. With good reputation, Hati will agree to burn her body.
  29. Muhai's spirit will find peace (540 XP).
  30. Find a jewel hidden among the pillars by locating a loose stone in the pillar used to distract the guard.
  31. Collect a Cloak of Deflection and some gems.
  32. Find the cat Pozzi to the right of the High Priest.
  33. Mark van der Bij is sitting on the steps below; he is a trainer for Alchemy and Religion skills.
  34. Head to the Temple of Gaun in the east of the district.
  35. If Adaryc survived _PoE_, you will find him here.
  36. Click on the large statue for Xoti to perform her cleansing ritual.
