Walkthrough for Persona 3 FES 'The Answer' Part 69. Learn strategies to defeat the Immortal Gigas and Visceral Maya bosses, including their weaknesses and recommended party setup.

Stats / Weaknesses:

• Immortal Gigas — Lv 29, HP 800, SP ---. Weak to: Wind (Wk). Resists: Strength (St). Nullifies: None.
• Visceral Maya (x3) — Lv 29, HP 500, SP ---. Weak to: Fire (Wk). Resists: Slash (Rp). Nullifies: None.

Phases:

1. The battle begins with three Visceral Maya.
2. After defeating the Visceral Maya, the Immortal Gigas will appear.

Strategy:

• The default difficulty in 'The Answer' is Expert, even if displayed as Normal.
• Shadows in 'The Answer' move faster than in 'The Journey'.
• Most bosses and Shadows in 'The Answer' have Dodge/Evade abilities that trigger frequently (75% of the time).
• Recommended party AI settings: Metis to Knock Down, Akihiko (Aki) to Full Assault, and Yukari to Heal.
• On Ai's first turn, cast Agilao on the Visceral Maya. They may dodge, but knocking down at least two will reduce incoming damage.
• If you knock down all three Visceral Maya, switch to Kusi Mitama and cast Garula on the Immortal Gigas. He has a higher chance to dodge Garula.
• Hope Metis can knock down the Immortal Gigas to prevent him from using Gale Slash, which deals significant damage (+150).
• You can choose to use AoA for mediocre damage (+180) or focus on knocking down enemies and leaving.
• The battle yields 3,411 EXP.
• Dropped Item: Steel Right Arm.
• Treasures: Balm of Life x 2, Bead x 3.
• After the battle, approach the door for R&R.
• Rare items available in Malebolge II: Warrior's Seal (12), Ice Charm (13/14).
